Service Guarantee

We stand behind every frame we deliver. Here is what you can count on with VTR Image.

• Next-business-day delivery. Your finished images are ready by the next business day, delivered straight to your private VTR Image client portal for viewing and download.
• Cinematic video may take up to 60 to 72 hours to deliver.
• Guaranteed blue skies. Your exterior images come with clear blue skies... even on dark or gloomy days. (Applies to photography of non-rainy exteriors; excludes video.)
• A conversation before the shoot. We welcome a quick call or message beforehand to align on the details and features you do... or don't... want captured.
• Complimentary weather reshoot. If conditions prevent exterior shots, we return to reshoot the exterior at no additional cost.
• Our-error reshoots. If any image falls short due to something on our end... focus, or an agreed-upon angle we missed... we'll make it right and reshoot.
• Same-day façade. Need it fast? A front-exterior image can be provided the same day on request (weather permitting).

Weather Policy

Florida weather is famously unpredictable. Here's exactly what happens... and your options... when the forecast doesn't cooperate.

• The blue-sky guarantee applies to exterior photography on any non-rainy day, including overcast ones.
• If unpleasant weather is expected, you may:
  • Proceed as scheduled... keeping in mind images may reflect the conditions, and corrective editing isn't included in the base price.
  • Reschedule to the next available session at no cost.
• If weather prevents exterior shots, we return for a complimentary exterior reshoot.
• In severe weather, the appointment is canceled and rescheduled to the next available session... and you may cancel for a full refund.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Luxury production is scheduled, staffed and routed in advance. The earlier you tell us, the less it costs... and inside 48 hours, fees scale with how close we are to your shoot. Figures below are a percentage of your total booking; our team confirms the final amount.

Cancellation fees

• 48+ hours before your shoot: no cancellation fee.
• 24 to 48 hours: 10% of your total booking, $250 minimum.
• Less than 24 hours: 25% of your total booking, $500 minimum.
• Same-day cancellation: 50% of your total booking.
• Within 2 hours, crew already dispatched, no property access, or the property isn't shoot-ready: up to 100% of the scheduled production fee.

Rescheduling

• 48+ hours: complimentary.
• 24 to 48 hours: one complimentary reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours: 15% of your total booking.
• Same day: 25% of your total booking.
• Crew already dispatched: 50% of your total booking, plus any travel already committed.

If your production is rescheduled and re-shot within 7 days, VTR may credit up to 50% of the cancellation or rescheduling fee toward the new production, at VTR's discretion.

Weather

Weather-related rescheduling is complimentary when VTR determines that conditions materially prevent or compromise production... including unsafe drone conditions or severe weather. Normal cloud cover, or a preference for different weather, does not automatically qualify. Your full weather options are in the Weather Policy above.

Property sold, not ready, or no access

• Property sold last-minute: if the property sells inside the 24-hour window, you're covered... a full refund with proof of the sold listing, or keep your services and reschedule toward another property at no additional cost.
• Property not ready / no access: if we arrive and the property isn't ready or we can't get in, the same-day / crew-dispatched fees above apply. You may reschedule to the next available session, capture the exterior that day if possible, or cancel.

Large productions & committed costs

Any committed third-party expenses... including talent, additional crew, equipment rentals, permits, accommodations, travel, styling, or other non-recoverable production expenses... remain payable regardless of cancellation timing.

After delivery

Because the work is complete, delivered shoots aren't refundable. If any image doesn't meet your expectations due to our error, we'll work with you and reshoot. If for any reason beyond anyone's control we're unable to deliver, you receive a full refund.

When you request a change in your portal, we show an estimated fee based on notice and booking total; our team confirms the final amount. A few situations aren't grounds for a refund... for example interior/exterior décor, vehicles in the driveway, or a property that isn't show-ready. These terms may be updated from time to time.

Terms & Privacy

Your Property, Your Responsibilities

• Please ensure every area to be photographed is accessible, and that the property is show-ready at the scheduled time.
• If a keybox or access code is required, please confirm access details in advance so the shoot stays on schedule.
• Additional images or services requested... including seasonal or twilight re-shoots... may incur additional fees of TBA.

Media, Licensing & Copyright

Paying for photography or video does not transfer copyright ownership. VTR Image retains copyright to all media unless a separate written copyright assignment is purchased. Your booking includes a Standard Listing License; broader use is available through the licenses below.

• Standard Listing License... included. Licensed to the original commissioning agent/broker to market that specific property: MLS, property & agent websites, agent social media, digital advertising, print marketing for the listing, and brokerage marketing tied to it. Valid through the marketing campaign and the property's sale, with reasonable archival/portfolio use by the licensed agent afterward. Non-transferable.
• Extended Agent / Brokerage License... paid upgrade. For promotional use beyond the individual property... agent branding, brokerage advertising, portfolios, presentations, listing appointments, and long-term social/website use. Pricing and duration set by VTR.
• Commercial / Third-Party License... separate license required. When media will be used by another commercial party (builders, architects, designers, developers, property managers, hospitality, contractors, staging, manufacturers, publications, ad agencies, or other brokerages), that party must license directly from VTR. The original client can't transfer or sublicense the media to them unless VTR authorizes it.
• Enterprise / Campaign License... custom. For regional/national advertising, paid campaigns, corporate marketing, large developers, publications, or multi-brand use. Priced on media, quantity, intended use, distribution, reach, duration, paid vs. organic, and exclusivity.
• Copyright Buyout / Assignment. Copyright remains with VTR Image by default. A request to own the copyright is reviewed individually and custom-priced... it is not an automatic checkout.

Media is archived for up to 6 to 12 months. Third-party usage requires separate VTR authorization unless that party is explicitly included in the original license. VTR Image may engage independent contractors and may feature delivered work in its own portfolio and marketing. Projects keep the licensing terms that applied when they were originally purchased; this model applies to new bookings going forward.

Payment

• Payment for packages and services is due per your invoice terms. Any additional fees are added to the invoice.
• Unpaid invoices may pause future bookings until the balance is settled.

Privacy

• We collect only the information you give us directly... through email, a contact form, or your client portal... and we use it solely to respond to you and deliver your services.
• We never sell or share your information with outside parties.
• Our site uses essential cookies to function and improve your experience; cookies aren't tied to personal information.
